Travel Guide

From Godalming in Surrey to a small village near Lake Como, this is a story of one man and his partner and their dreams.

Moltrasio

The village on the shores of Lake Como which is familiar to Nicole as she has spent a lot of time here in the past.

There’s a lot to see and enjoy in Moltrasio. The festa takes lace each year and is one of the biggest events on the lake apparently.

It’s  a fair and there’s stalls, food and more food in and around the wown. Of course there is a lot of art displays and cultural sights to see too celebrated here.

Torno

The ancient village just across the village of Moltrasio. They have friends here who have just bought a villa

When they work in Torno, it’s a simple and stunning ferry journey just over the lake.

There’s even a little jaunt  up to Argegno. When you’ve finished reading the book take another look at the watercolour cover. A nice artistic touch.
