Discover Lostwithiel with Vikki Patis

The locations in the novel are vague and fictional but the author explains that the area is based on or inspired by Lostwithiel. The name Lostwithiel comes from the Cornish “lostwydhyel” which means “tail of a wooded area”.

Helygen House is fictional of course but it feels very real and vivid in the novel! The house comes alive in two different time zones and each time reveals family secrets and intrigue.  The house and the gardens host many a  family secret. Dark secrets and intrigue roam the walls.
