The title seemed a perfect read for the end of summer so I picked this one up! I got to go to Los Angeles as well which is always nice and I got to wander around Rodeo Drive! So, here we go, I thought. I am in for some fun here!

The people at this pool party are fun and dangerous. Bree is homeless and stumbles upon a seemingly empty house in Beverly Hills. it’s got a pool – so a few minutes on the sun lounger wouldn’t hurt would it? Someone else turns uo then and mistakens her for a guest. Too good to be true, right? Well, yes as the next day a body is found in the pool…….Oh and only Bree is there to find the body. Al the other guests have gone….

Now that is a cracking premise. Bree was a great character and I kept changing my mind about her all the time. Was she good, bad, trespassing or a target herself? This book played with my mind from the start. So many questions and I was chasing the answers. Why did the person who owned the house keep it a secret of sorts? Who knew what and when?ooooh the tingles started pretty early on with this.

I think I found ir particilarly thrilling for the location, Rich people on Beverly Hills often have no morals or different ones to the rest of us. There was some privilege here. Some dark secrets in paradise. And all this going on close to Rodeo Drive where all the posh shops are and the celebs no doubt! Who else was going to wander into this party?

Can you tell I liked it? It’s a pool party with a difference and I had A LOT of fun with this!
