Mermice are cute grey mice with a difference for they have colourful fish tails!

They may be fantasy creatures but they are very sociable and can swim effortlessly like dolphins, come ashore like seals and move around as they have arms to hold things and collect seaweed and shells from the seashore

St Michael’s Mount  – maybe you’ve been there? Did you know the underground palace where the Mermice Queen lives is exactly like that! Codfish guard the doors.
