What you need to know before your trail

Jessie Conway  attends Rockville School when she is caught up in one of the most horrific mass high school shootings in America. As a survivor and witness to events, she is thrust in front of the media spotlight but not all the attention she gets is of the welcome kind.

Caleb Switch has been watching her every move. Caleb is a sadistic serial killer who likes his victims to be a challenge. Jessie is strong survivor of  a mass shooting and therefore a tragic event. She’s proven to be fearless and strong. Just as Caleb likes them.

Travel Guide

Rockville

Rockville,Maryland

Due to the sensitive nature of events in the story, this is not based on a real time and place and certainly not a real school. The booktrail for this novel therefore is a nice wander around  a few of the sites in the city to introduce readers to the nice side of the real city!

If the horrors of a mass school shooting in the city aren’t bad enough, things get worse. The setting of the school conjures up some uncomfortable memories for the fact that we’ve seen similar and very real events on the television news. This is seemingly the spring board for what happens after that, but it’s it the reactions, the emotions and the chaos of the school shooting that makes quite an impression.
