This is the text of an email sent to the South African Police Services Not long after, a policeman is shot by a sniper.
Benny Griessel is tasked with reopening the Sloet case. But he has demons of his own, as a recovering alcoholic somethings are hazy but she remembers the case of Hanneke Sloet well. The woman was an ambitious lawyer. At the time of her murder she was working on one of the biggest Black Empowerment deals in South African history. Now, found dead in her luxury Cape Town apartment, a single stab wound to her chest.
After forty days, the trail has gone cold.
But then they find things, links,possible motives and the trail is getting longer and longer and involving more people. And more emails from the sniper themselves..
