It’s not just a home for lost seals. There’s a lot to do around the waterfront in Nova Scotia’s capital city
The historic port city of Halifax is really stunning. You should definitely walk along the Halifax waterfront. The Canadian Museum of Immigration at Pier 21 – the gateway into Canada for one million immigrants – should be a must see on your walk.
Don’t forget the Halifax Seaport Farmers’ Market, as this is the oldest continuously operating farmers’ market in North America.
