2000s: Holidays on Nantucket Island are nothing short of enchanting!
Holidays on Nantucket Island are nothing short of enchanting, from decorations on the Brant Point lighthouse to the yearly Christmas Stroll, there is much to make the winter months magical. Newly married Nicole Somerset can’t wait to spend her first festive season on Nantucket with her husband, handsome former attorney Sebastian.
But the mood is quickly tempered when Sebastian’s daughter, Kennedy, returns for the holidays without a hint of cheer. Determined to keep Nicole at arm’s length – or, better yet, out of the picture altogether – she schemes to sabotage everything. But Nicole is not about to let anyone tarnish her first Christmas with her new family… Can she turn things around before it’s too late?
Immerse yourself in a carefree and sandy paradise of a Nantucket summer. The Nancy Thayer version of Nantucket really is somewhere to relax and see the dramas of other people’s lives play out other than your own.
The women in the club are in for a treat when they have their holidays and spare time here.
The Beaches are a particular draw and there’s plenty of them on this island! Brant Point Beach is particularly nice and a short walk from town. The 40th Pole beach is
great for families and young children, as there are fewer waves this side of the island.
As they make their way down South Water Street toward the Whaling Museum, their feet might wander toward the music and laughter pouring out into the street. This is where you’ll find some of the best restaurants and bakeries.
This is an island for cycling, visiting lighthouses, spending time on the beaches and feeling fit in the fresh air.
The island has three lighthouses and an interesting Whaling Museum which encapsulates the island’s history.
