What you need to know before your trail

Emily Andrew is accompanying her grandmother on a tour of Switzerland. What she imagined was a picture postcard holiday with great food, fantastic scenery and a lovely hotel. What she got was a holiday that she would never forget for other reasons – the tour guide is found dead.

Horrified about what has happened, Emily wonders if this was really an accident – especially when later on someone else on the tour takes a fatal plunge.

With Emily now as a stand in tour guide, is she is danger? And can the haven of the Swiss Alps actually be a crime scene unfolding before her eyes?

Travel Guide

In the mountains, no one can hear you scream…

What starts out as rather a  senior citizens tour of Switzerland soon descends into a murder mystery in the Switzerland Alps.

Tour guide Andy Simon may have been an annoying and flirty travel guide but his death is unexpected and shocking. When someone else on the tour dies, there is the fear that someone amongst their group could be responsible

Enter suave Swiss Detective Etienne Miceli who is in charge of the investigation. A nice distraction for Emily that’s for sure.

Emily may not be the most ideal of travelling companions – she does seem to have rather a lot of mishaps – many involving water and needing a change of clothes. Multiple room changes and people dying on the tour….hmm maybe keep an eye on her.
But the scenery of Switzerland, that has be good as the brochures says right? Well, it might be once the fog clears and the OAPS get to see some of it. Oh and pack a raincoat or two for the stuff pelts down on them at the same time.
But when all is said and done, this is a tour with old people, so how hard can it be taking them around the remote Swiss Alps? Imagine trying to control a bunch of kids who are tired of walking, cranky from having eaten rubbish food and trying to answer their many strange requests.

The Senior Citizens tour of Switzerland awaits…
