Trapped on Ons, a small island off the Galician Atlantic coast, Roberto Lobeira has no chance of reaching the mainland or communicating with the outside world due to a storm. One day he discovers something washed up on the shore – something that unleashes a current of hatred, fear and revenge amongst the islanders. There are few people on this island, but everyone starts to mistrust each other, fear each other and life will never be the same again.

Events take an even more sinister turn when Roberto discovers that someone has left a very bloody offering right outside his door. A warning? Roberto sees it as a message, part of the mystery that is unfolding on this tiny island.

He will have to survive until the horrific weather conditions abate – but another  storm is about to be unleashed.
