Gangs controlling and fighting over the city’s drug trade are investigated and brought into the sot light as Tempe goes around the city to the haunts of the bikers to see what she can glean from their activities.
The dual setting of Charlotte and Montreal is again highlighted as is Tempe’s annoyance at people getting things confused –
