Twenty years after a baby is stolen from her push-chair, a woman is murdered in a care home. The two crimes are somehow linked, and a good bad girl may be the key to discovering the truth.

The locations in this book are fictional – HMP Crossroads and the Windsor Care Home for example but it is clearly set in London. The location is not important but the setting of the supermarkets and the carehome is to see how our characters interact with one another.
The most important setting is the everyday, the world that becomes even more horrid and dark when you are searching for your child aaround every corner.
