2000s: Siblings must take on a challenging road trip if they are to claim their grandfather’s estate
2000s: Siblings must take on a challenging road trip if they are to claim their grandfather’s estate
This is a story about three siblings. Like any family, sometimes they don’t get along.
It’s a story about a secret that they’ve all kept since they were children.
It’s a story about lying. A story about murder.
It’s a story where only one can win.
Grandfather’s will has been read, and the instructions are very clear indeed; Eddie, Beth and Portia must go on the exact same road trip that he had taken them on when they were just kids. They must follow the instructions to the letter and then and scatter his ashes at the end. Then and only then will his assets be divided equally between the three of them.
There are conditions however: Anyone who ends up in jail, who does not complete the trip, or who deviates from the original trip in ANY way, will get NOTHING.
Most of the places on the road trip are real places you can actually visit. There are some very interesting places such as the infamous place where Bonnie and Clyde were caught, a memorial or two, a historic place of interest and some very dodgy eating spots and motels (some of the latter are not surprisingly fictional)
