A shy young man leaves his home in rural Turkey to learn a trade in 1920s Berlin.
The city’s crowded streets, thriving arts scene, passionate politics and seedy cabarets provide the backdrop for a chance meeting with a woman, which will haunt him for the rest of his life.
Part of the Europe of his imagination, He finds himself getting close to the city and visits the museum and the zoo and wanders the streets feeling closely to get to know the city and its moods. The city is dark but where are some light in his world

This is the centre of Berlin and the start of the journey where a man explores Berlin and it’s in this square he meets the Madonna in the fur coat.
They describe this as one of the prettiest areas of the city and the trees remind him of faraway lands.
