The town sits on Highway 95A between the Purcell and Rocky Mountains. Kimberley was named in 1896 after the Kimberley mine in South Africa. North Star Hill is the mountain peak with lodges and places to stay plus trails of course!
Creston is a town of 5,306 people and it’s on this trail . There are a few mountains nearby such as Lady Slipper Mountain and Arrow Mountain. A good history museum too

Radium Hot Springs also known as Radium, is a village of 776 residents in the East Kootenay region of British Columbia. The village is named after the hot springs located in the nearby Kootenay National Park
