Spring Hill
A fictional village somewhere in Sussex. Oh it does sound lovely though! A place where all kinds of women live and meet up to chat over coffee. Each of them talk about their problems and share solutions, and support each other. There’s themes of menopause, marriage worries, ageing parents etc.
Good for a chat in a bookclub.
Honestly this is like sitting down to a cuppa with some of your best female friends. they all have problems and things to talk about but they are so supportive of each other and friendly that it was like being one of them. Milly always gets inside her characters heads. Honestly, she just gets women and how they think and that comes across loud and clear!
