Nothing is as it seems. When celebrity artist Eleanor and her daughter Victoria go to Antigua for some winter sun it is to charge their batteries before Eleanor’s upcoming exhibition. But when beach-boy Tyrone walks into their lives things change for ever. . .
Windmills – Like many islands in the Caribbean, Antigua’s economy was defined by its sugar plantations. Each plantation had its own windmill (sometimes more than one), which crushed the cane between rollers to extract the juice.
Forts – Fort Barrington at Deep Bay – The island has a military history of course and this can be discovered and explored at the Museum of Antigua and Barbuda which explores the the history of Antigua & Barbuda from the formation of the island to today.
