Madeline, Avery, and Nicole have never met but they are thrown together when they all suffer the pain of bad financial advise and an even worse financial advisor. They all meet up to discover what to do with their shared ownership of a beach front home in Florida – the 10 Beach Road of the title. This is where their money is tied up so it needs to be sorted out between then. But the situation is more than just a mess, it is a disaster in more ways than one!
The only thing to do is to restore the house in an attempt to at least claw some of their losses back. But it is easier said than done and when they start working on it, they find that they come together and are capable of a lot more than any of them would have thought.
Now then, a beach front property in St Petersburg sounds idyllic and even though home renovation is less attractive, the two combined sounds like the kind of adventure we ourselves would like to have.
The setting is the home at 10 Beach Road but in reality the stories and journeys of the three women involved shows the real story that has led them to this point. It evoked a beach side community with white picket fences and the kind of place where female friendship and building your own home were particularly we wanted to be part of – near the beach of course.
