Eddie heads out to Thailand with friend Winnebago – Four hundred million dollars is up for grabs, the result of a bungled CIA operation to grab the Bank of Vietnam’s currency reserves when the Americans fled Saigon in 1975.
But where is the money and will the searching duo find it?

The story starts here in the city of the trams, steep streets, a high end lawyers office just of Market Street and a city seemingly overrun with tourists. But this is Eddie’s home and where he starts the investigation into the missing money.
Take a tram:
People who lived in San Francisco claimed that only tourists rode cable cars, and generally it was true. The flip flips and kids wearing T shirts with stupid slogans gave no quarter; but it was still early in the day.
Visit the Buena Vista cafe where Eddie likes to start his day, it’s a fun and yummy place
Bangkok
