2000s: ruthless hitman Victor hunts female assassin Raven through a blacked-out Manhattan. A bit of a trail across Prague and Latin America too!
Raven is a killer like no other. She has been on the run for years and is able to hide and move within the shadows. Some might even call her elegant but this time she has picked the wrong target.
Her target is a man named Victor who is no stranger to being hunted himself. He is after Raven and wants to find her and stop her and discover who she is and why she wants him dead.
However, Manhattan is suddenly plunged into total darkness and so the stage is set for total and utter immersion in a world of darkness and danger with Victor and Raven hoping to kill under the protection of darkness.
New York has never looked so scary. Or felt so scary – a city normally so full of action and light, so much so it’s named the city that never sleeps of course but this time the lights are well and truly out.
The blackout is a race in the dark in every sense of the word – power is out as well as the many communications around the city. Finding the one who wants you dead and trying to get there first is a lot more difficult if darkness is not your friend.
Victor has always hunted and have been asked by the CIA and other authorities to do their dirty work. Now, it’s his turn and this day has arrived but if there’s anyone to get himself out of impossible situations then Victor is the one.
The pace – from Prague, across Europe to South America and then to the scary scene of the New York showdown.
