A solitary man finds some children living underneath a bridge in Paris
Armand is an man living in Paris who likes the solitary life. Children, he said, were like starlings, and one was better off without them.
But during his walks around the capital, he sees some children who lived underneath one of the bridges and they befriend him. Slowly but surely Armand starts to think of them as his friends and even starts to consider them as his own children. And no child of his is going to live underneath a bridge!
