Not one for Italian scene setting really, but this book has a definite Italian flavour. This little red hen wants to make a pizza as he’s eaten the last bit of bread, but making pizza isn’t something he knows much about apart from it being a favourite food in Italy. There’s a journey you follow with the hen and his friends as they go about getting shopping and ingredients in order to make a great Italian pizza!
The best idea is to take this book to Italy, find a good Italian restaurant and then try to make the pizza like the hen does in the book!
