What’s supposed to be a fun, family bonding experience across Route 66 turns into a war of pranks, awkward moments and bathrooms full of dirty flannel shirt and day old beard clippings
It’s a seven day trek across the US with three bearded men in a small 1980s RV. They take a picture in front of the famous Route 66 sign. then someone buys the infamous black t shirt with the Route 66 sign on it. Then they visit the Wigwam village
“The Wigwam village sits right of route 66, also known as US 40 but what used to be a resting stop for travellers is now a shopping centre”
For a really iconic stop as mentioned in the novel – try the Cadillac Ranch
Going to do the entire route? The midpoint is at Midway cafe in Adrian, Texas.
