A luxury yacht. No one to be seen. What on earth has happened to the crew, and to the family who were on board when it left Lisbon?
Thora Gudmundsdottir is hired by the young father’s parents to investigate, but this is no simple case of going missing at sea. There’s even some creepy rumours saying that the vessel was cursed. Thora is quick to dismiss the rumours but changes her mind when she thinks she sees one of the missing twins on board. Just what is going on? And is she now believing the hype around this mysterious yacht.
And then a body washes up further along the shore…

The icy cold sea, with its unforgiven harshness, the cold biting winds which smack your face rather than just chill it, the fear that one of the poshest yachts in the harbour should be something where evil and mystery has sailed along with the passengers.
And then another boat reports that it was in contact with the yacht before they lost all communication with it and that the last words of the crew were that a body had been found. Has the ship cast off its secrets before reaching Iceland?
