Why a Booktrail?
2000s: A book about twists with more twists in it than a twisty thing
2000s: A book about twists with more twists in it than a twisty thing
BEFORE YOU READ THIS BOOK
I WANT YOU TO KNOW THREE THINGS:
1. The police are looking to charge me with murder.
2. No one knows who I am. Or how I did it.
3. If you think you’ve found me. I’m coming for you next.
After you’ve read this book, you’ll know: the truth is far more twisted…
An apt name for a fictional setting where both readers and character go round and round in circles, getting lost in all those twists. It’s small – only has two pubs – and you can bet your life, the roads are twisty too.
The setting is vague and could be anywhere yet the sense of a desert town, in the middle of nowhere, with a small community is where Port Lonely would be. Good place for a top crime writer to hide out if he wanted to be anonymous.
The town is somewhere near a town called Plansfield – also fictional but there are a few Planfields across the USA.
Destination: “Port Lonely”, USA Author/guide: Steve Cavanagh Departure Time: 2000s
