What you need to know before your trail

Beneath the extinct volcanoes surrounding the city, giant creatures are waking from a spellbound sleep that has lasted thousands of years. Their goal is the destruction of the world.

While vacationing with relatives in Auckland, twins Theo and Rachel discover that they are endowed with special powers to oppose them…if they dare.

Travel Guide

Mountains and Volcanos in Auckland

This is the place to explore if you want to see mountains and volcanos.

There is Mount Eden – A  five-minute drive from downtown Auckland and a 10 minute walk depending on your level of fitness of course.
It’s some 196 metres tall, and so is the highest volcano in Auckland. From the summit, you can see stunning 360-degree views of the city. What’s most amazing about it is that it still very much looks like a crater and is over 50 metres deep so you can really see the volcano for real and the sheer size of it. All the while imagining yourself in this very story….

Mount Albert   – An inner city suburb of Auckland, New Zealand, which is centred on Mount Albert, a local volcanic peak which dominates the landscape
